That's at least two reminders from you and I know I've reminded him at least once...I"m going to step it up to ban plus restricted; if he can't respect the forum the forum doesn't have to respect him.

That works for me. I didn't look closely enough to see if anyone else had warned him, but I do seem to recall you doing so now that you mention it.
