I can't remember since we've last had a published corny little Chicken Soup book, but I got to thinking how it might be interesting to read a collection of memoirs and essays by other secularists (especially those growing up in the Bible belt). Then I got to thinking about how all of my ideas are usually taken by the time I discover them. Is there a project like this already underway?
Googl'ing turned up this, among others.

Quote from: "Whitney"While "Chicken soup for the ____ Soul" is probably trademarked (and I don't think they'd be keen on publishing an atheist version) one could put together a "Chicken soup for the Atheist's Mind" book
Or to make it a little lawsuit safer, and allude to Dan Dennet... Borsch for the Atheist's Many Tiny Robots
[spoiler:2lqhs8yq]"Yes, we have a soul, but it's made of lots of tiny robots." ~ Dennett[/spoiler:2lqhs8yq]
I know Dawkins does "Converts Corner" which is a very similar idea. It wouldn't surprise me if there's another blog or something that's already gathering regular ol' atheists' stories and essays, which aren't limited to conversion.
