I can't remember laughing harder over a news story in recent times.
What do you guys think? I'm not even sure he'd stand out among all the other clowns.

I think this clown could have something to offer.
Clowns could make some practical changes to modern society.
For instance Clowns are known to support carbon emission reduction.
They have long been known as practitioners of high density car pooling.
