Title: Sup Folks
Post by: Roganthis72 on September 17, 2010, 08:17:28 PM
Hi there!
I'm Ross, I heard that you guys have met one of my all time favorite trolls, Edward the Theist.  Actually, he's the reason I even heard of this place.  Back on TAF (my home forum, home to about 10,000 post of mine from the last year) he hung around for quite a while until throwing in the towel.

Anyways, back to the whole inro thing, I'm from Northen Alberta (very north, it snowed yesterday)  and work for a small oilfiled supply company.  My hobbies include PC gaming, playing my guitar, watching house, trolling, PS3 gaming, eating small children and smoking illicit substances :headbang:

'sup.  Be careful with the trolling.  If you don't behave, the fluffy banhammer will hit you.

DAMMIT!  I come for a change of scenery and what do I get?  The same 2 lumps I talk to back at the other forum!

Also, all the blue is making me much to cheerful.
Also also, whats the policy on gratuitous cuss words here?
Also Also Also, I can't spell.  Consider yourselves warned.

Welcome, Roganthis72. I don't know what TAF is, so I can't make a fair comparison, but I don't know how we would be considered not "quite as open" as it. HAF has members from all over the world, and from all types of religious and non-religious backgrounds and beliefs. It's about as open as forums get. Look around and have fun.

It's another forum.  He, Thumpalumpacus, and myself are members there.  Humblesmurph is one of our new additions (and already esteemed).  He merely means that the mods at TAF are very sparing about disciplinary action.

Thanks! My Google search for TAF came up with a lot of things, including an LSU site, but nothing that made much sense.

They are acceptable if they aren't annoyingly overused, not directed at another person, and not racist or otherwise bigoted.

TAF is one of the many forums that has popped up over the years when the Richard Dawkins forum did something that pissed off a mass of people.

Will you stop trying to act like we go ban happy with people posting links...you are frequently worried about being accused of spam and it's annoying the crap out of me.

Posters who aren't just joining up to promote something in the vast majority of cases won't be considered a spammer.

:hmm: I don't remember saying that previous to now.  I will keep that in mind.

As much as I have talked about TAF I was a bit anxious that this would be the very accusation.

I'm sorry if I've offended anyone.

I know I have said something about being accused of being a spammer.  If she is confusing me with you, I consider it an honor Poop.

Quote from: "Reginus"Welcome, and what is Mebullism??
MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, sermon time:

Mebull is the one true god, but he doesn't really care.  He used to beat up his yonger brothew, Yaweh, when they were younger, which led to permanent brain damage, thus explaining why his divinly inspired word is so convoluted and hard to understand at times.  Mebull created the heaves and the earth on a whim in 2 minutes because he was bored.  He then got bored with us and gave us to his brother as a christmas present.
In the Creeble, mebull sets out his many rules for life and how to mix good drinks.  Some of these rules include things like "thou shalt carry with though one skin of spirits at all times so that you may refresh oneself at any given juncture" or " who gives a shit, do what you want, I don't care"

I am the left nut of mebull, which puts me 4 steps below him on the church hiearchy, so watch out, I will excommunicate your ass like there is no tommorow if Mebull deems it Lulzworthy.

MEbull be praised
Go with lulz.
