My new nifty Sansa Fuze arrived

. I've been greatly enjoying exploring free lectures and podcasts from iTunes. I was wondering what other podcasts people on here enjoy. Anyone care to share?
I like:
RadioLab
Spinning Medium
Fresh Air
What are some of your favorites?
I like The Linux Outlaws.

Off to check it out!
Anyone else?
I'm rather partial to Wormwood (it's a gothic mystery series):

... and not just because I'm in it
They're about to wrap up the third and final season, but all of it is on-line...
Happy Listening... and welcome to town,
JoeActor
I never really got that into podcasts. But very recently (like within the last month) i downloaded an app that lets me easily access podasts on my phone and find new podcasts.
So, I have the Atheist Experience and Matt's other show (the nonprophets) on my subscribe list and have actually been able to keep up with the show better now. That's about all I have to offer.
JoeActor...I am so checking it out!! Who are you?!?!
Whitney, thanks for the other suggestions! I'm totally addicted to podcasts right now.

I'm the announcer, and a bunch of others: Hank Mason, Mr. Bressier, Phinneas Thibert, etc...
Really fun series. Three seasons total, and in fact we're recording the grand finale today.
Creepy Good,

I LOOOOOOVE, love, love, love: The Brain Science Podcast, with Dr. Ginger Campbell. But you have to be interested in neuroscience.
Also love: This American Life; Wait, Wait, Don't tell mine...; Skeptoid is okay
I like Wait, Wait...too, and This American Life (doh! how did I forget to list those?)
JoeActor: Do I need to listen to the two teasers, or should I start right in with episode 1 of WormWood?

You can skip all the teasers and behind-the-scenes and start with season 1 episode 1.
The audio on the first 8 is a bit rough (they were in the learning curve ;-) but the story's really good (IMHO).
Great ending to the series coming on 8/11 (Revelations 8:11)

Thanks MagicMarker and Magic Pudding. Tons to check out now!
This American Life, Radiolab and The Moth are my favorites. Fresh Air is ok depending on the guests, but they don't give the shows titles other than the date.
Astronomy Cast - http://www.astronomycast.com/ (http://www.astronomycast.com/)
Atheist Experience - http://www.atheist-experience.com/ (http://www.atheist-experience.com/)
Nature - http://www.nature.com/nature/podcast/ (http://www.nature.com/nature/podcast/)
National Geographic Weekend - http://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/nati ... d322327343 (http://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/national-geographic-weekend/id322327343)
These are a few I have enjoyed on a regular basis for a while now. Now that I think about it, I was new to podcast when first listening to the Atheist Experience. I must have listened to dozens of the archived episodes in a matter of days. Matt does a good job of giving theist fundamental questions in which they either admit they are wrong or choose to ignore.
Astronomy Cast is more entertaining than the rest in my opinion. They got an episode about Lagrangian points. I had never heard of them before, but look it up. Some of the wildest science fiction ever written regarding space elevators to space stations use these science facts.
In addition to those, there are:
WNYC's Radiolab (http://www.wnyc.org/shows/radiolab/) (in the archives, be sure to go listen to the episode on Stochasticity)
Point of Inquiry (http://www.pointofinquiry.org/) (podcast of the Center for Inquiry, though my favorite host has left and moved to:)
For Good Reason (http://www.forgoodreason.org/) (podcast of the JREF (http://www.randi.org/site/))
I subscribe to all of them via iTunes and I expect they're in the podcast directory you can trivially search via iTunes.
It seems to be my day to practice a bit of thread necromancy.
One of my favorite podcasts is The History of Rome (http://thehistoryofrome.blogspot.com/search?updated-max=2008-01-01T16%3A46%3A00-08%3A00&max-results=10). Just a guy telling the story, but well done, none the less.
I may be the only student of H. L. Mencken here at HAF, but if anybody is interested in getting a taste of his writing in an entertaining format, check out this podcast of Mencken's reporting on the Scopes Trial (http://www.underworldamusements.net/blog/2010/uavh-scopes-june29/). I've listened to all of the episodes, and it's pretty good. I admit, both of these are niche market things, but hey that's the beauty of podcast, right?
If you can't get Harry Shearer's
Le Show on your local radio, by all means, check it out (http://www.harryshearer.com/news/le_show/)!
