This is an essay by Dan Barker that I have really enjoyed:
Dear Theologian (http://ffrf.org/books/lfif/?t=theologian)
Dan Barker's writing is always very insightful. He became an atheist after 19 years of preaching and is now a co-president of the Freedom From Religion Foundation (http://www.ffrf.org), a separation of church and state watchdog group.
Here is the page that contains his other online writing:

I guess there's no Dan Barker fans around here.

Quite so, I'm afraid.
It would be quite useful, to have it printed out and handy, to discuss with any mormons or jehovah's witnesses who called round.
well written, and pretty funny. this is one of the few times I wish my theology classes weren't over and done with.
