Broken English?  Half (humorafact) of the US population has broken English <g>  And, if you look at Spanish, French, and German languages, you'll see that English is a broken-pieces collection of other languages.    

That said, language will always take second place to the goal of communication... which is to discover.  I MUCH rather listen to a polite conversation in Spanish or Chinese that I don't word-for-word understand than a adversarial one laden with cussing and/or proclamations.
