Title: Religious Financial Investments
Post by: AlP on October 15, 2009, 02:25:51 AM
I looked for investments intended for religious people who want their religious values to be incorporated into the manager's stock picking.

Christian:
Ave Maria Catholic Values (AVEMX (http://quicktake.morningstar.com/FundNet/Portfolio.aspx?Country=USA&Symbol=AVEMX))
New Convenant Growth (NCGFX (http://quicktake.morningstar.com/FundNet/Portfolio.aspx?Country=USA&Symbol=NCGFX))
Timothy Plan Large/Mid-Cap Value A (TLVAX (http://quicktake.morningstar.com/FundNet/Portfolio.aspx?Country=USA&Symbol=TLVAX))

Muslim:
Amana Trust Growth (AMAGX (http://quicktake.morningstar.com/FundNet/Portfolio.aspx?Country=USA&Symbol=AMAGX))

It's fun to look at their top 25 holdings to see what their religious values have lead them to invest in. ExxonMobil (oil) mostly, except for the muslim fund.
