Well, this should pretty much piss off every Muslim, Jew, and Christian in the world.
Basically... it is interesting though

Who wants to make a pool on how long it will be until death threats are issued? If this somehow gets accepted (doubt it will) then there will be a great divide between religious sects. Because we atheists will mention this as often as possible to piss off theists

Very interesting ,,

That's not what the article says. It just says that the Earth and all other physical things were already there when god separated them from one another.

Dollars to donuts a fatwa is in the works of being issued against her. Pat Robertson will probably shake his head like he always does and go, "Well, we just need to send some special forces guy to take her out.....that doesn't mean kill her!!!!" And Jerry Falwell...oh wait, that whale is rotting in the ground.
Honestly though it seems like a waste of research time and money. Why not study Harry Potter, at least that fiction is more recent.
I actually know a lot of Jews who would probably accept this view of God if they thought about it. It'd be easier to connect with the physical world and science.
I'm going to go off topic right now just to say how much I love Reform Jews, which tend to be some of the most intelligent and tolerant people I know, next to Buddhists.
