A Pastafarian takes on some Jehovah's Witnesses, with pretty hilarious results. The video is a little long, but well worth the watch.

funny, but they will never understand what he is saying.
Probably not, and that is a little sad. But I still have to give him props for going at them with all guns. I always find it interesting when the religious folks try to deny what is clearly written in their books.
He did a terrible job with that. He knew the material (Bible), but was poorly organized and never fully explained any of his points.
It's just another wearying theistic argument. They don't know their own scripture well enough to even try to defend it, and he doesn't ever take out a Bible and show them.
I don't think he really needed to explain. The JWs were running scared after he brought up the slavery thing.
I agree he didn't need to explain. He was just screwing with them. Those ladies were totally unprepared for the guy. But who cares they are JW, they are one step away from cult status anyway. I probably would have made some snide comments about some of the more batshit crazy aspects of their religion. Like organ donations, blood transfusions, or only a certain number of people in heaven. I'd have pissed them off just as much in fewer words. I never understood that about JW how can a loving god create only a certain number of slots for heaven and an unlimited number of slots for hell. Something doesn't seem right in there.
This is a little off the subject, but your heaven/hell comment made me remember something my Meetup group was talking about last night. One of the members was on a Christian apologist's website and found that someone had asked the question about why a loving God would send people to hell, and the answer from the apologist was that some people are so against the very thought of spending eternity with God that it's part of his loving plan to send them to hell...or something like stupid like that. Made my head spin.
Wasn't it Lot's daughters who got Lot drunk and raped him. I don't recall a story about Noah getting drunk and raping his daughter....

Yeah, he has that as a comment on his video.

Thank you for this video, it made my day! It isn't a little long at all, but not long enough! GREAT!
Actually I'm waiting for them to knock at my door to have such a discussion too, but nobody comes. At least not when I'm at home. Poor me. One told me, I could call them and order a visit, but that would be a bit too much. I don't want to force god but to show me his will by sending or not sending me his employees

.
In Austria, where I live, YW became an officially recongnized religon in the meantime, which isn't easy here, but they have the numbers. Now they are allowed to collect taxes from their members and even force them to pay and may have their own religion classes in schools.
One of my best friends had some Jehovahs knock on his door. He ran up to his room, threw on a Slayer shirt and painted a pentagram on his cheek. He opened the door, and they said right out:
"You wanna...just...not tell anyone we were here?"
"Yeah."
So great. One of my other friends went into "The Jesus Booth" at the county fair to argue with the people. My sister went in casually and whispered to him out of the side of her mouth.
"Johnny...are you okay? We love you!"
I don't know any other two people who would be brave enough to do this.
since they're women, I believe he should have showed them some of the nice bible verses about women

The guy in the video is an arrogant douche. Instead of saying "no thanks I'm not interested" like every other normal person he starts following them around with his camera. God I hate atheists. <_<

You do know no one is forcing you to stay here right?

Oh, did I interrupt your guys' daily reaffirmation of your general superiority? My bad. Please continue discussing how much smarter you are then everyone else because you happened to accidentally be born into a family which didn't indoctrinate you with religion (or however else you became atheists).

I deleted this message since Aedus has been banned and he can't respond.

, he called the guy in the video a douchebag, the irony here is epic.

Hmmm. I don't understand. The guy in the video wasn't an atheist. Though he didn't believe in the the trinity or allah, he had faith in the Flying Spaghetti Monster, the divine creator of heaven and earth and, more importantly, pasta and pizza, didn't he?
