Hey everyone, I'm Shannon and I'm currently living in the state of Indiana. I'm 19 and I'm a strict atheist, have been as long as I can remember, of course I didn't know that the actual term was atheist when I was little but I've never really had any belief in God at all.
I'm not in college right now, honestly don't know if I'll ever go back (I dropped out a year ago for personal reasons) but I am working right now and even though it's just a retail job and I absolutely hate it, I consider myself lucky because I know quite a few people who's been laid off so eh, I grin it and bear it, and I do that marvelously I might add. My boss thinks I freaking love my job she's always going on and on to our HR manager about how I'm the happiest employee she's ever met.

Oh and a surprise fact about me is that I grew up in foster care so I've been exposed to quite a few religions and other sorts of beliefs.
Welcome from another beginner on these forums.

Welcome! Good to see such a well-adjusted product of the foster care system. It's rare, these days.
