Title: Hey Fellas, How Does Your Wife Score?
Post by: curiosityandthecat on July 21, 2009, 02:39:59 PM
Saw this and just had to share. A serious blast from a seriously sexist past.

Personally, I like it when my wife does #9...

Religion is obviously important.  They made it worth 10 points!

I laughed hard at Demerits number five and nine.

In the interest of you guys getting a rating, here's both of Crane's not-at-all biased tests:

Interesting that religion isn't mentioned on the husband test.

lol, apparently only for the wife and children.  She is to allow her husband to sleep in on Sundays.  Proof that religion is a control mechanism....I think so.

Oh my... I come out with a minus 5.  I could get up into the positive if I go to church and take the kid with me.

I do let the hubby sleep in on Sundays and holidays... is it my fault he's a morning person who gets up before me every single day of the world??

Joe ended up with a total of 19... if he'd take me on a date a few times a week, we could REALLY bump up that score.   :D

I think it'd be a whole lot easier to rate my wife if I had one.

So, since I don't have a wife, which one of my girlfriends do I rate or do I rate my partner?

JillSwift posted the "equivalent" tables for both wives and husbands.

Rate all of them and average the results.

There's probably a big "Engages in polyamory (-75)" in the demerit side, though.  roflol

Hahaha!
Nice catch. Guys can only get to 31.

I hope this means these aren't the complete tests, that or Crane was just a misanthropist who wanted everyone to feel bad about one another and themselves.
