Ok, I've discovered something so beautiful and fascinating that I must share.
It's a String Quartet that does covers of rock music.
I'm listening to their covers of Red Hot Chili Peppers and Death Cab for Cutie -- I love it. If you can find it, get it, and enjoy your trip to a whole new dimension of music.
Just found two and a half gigs of their stuff. I'm looking forward to the tribute to Bjork, the Cure, Pink Floyd and Elliot Smith. Very cool.
Is this about Vitamin's "The String Quartet"?

I also like their tribute to Rush.
I had a couple cd's like this years back.
Always fun to play at parties and see who knows the songs.
In other news, I have heard a musak'd version of "Helter Skelter".
Good Times,

I love this.
Thanks. I didn't know of that band. Those of you who you like them you might like Apocalyptica also.

:headbang:
May I suggest Luca Turilli, Ayreon, and Rhapsody? They are more like symphonies than anything else.

that last one was so epic it needed to be split into two pieces.
