Title: Evangelical Scientists?
Post by: joeactor on November 22, 2006, 02:38:34 PM
Hi all,

Been away for a while dealing with family issues and travelling.  More to come, but thought I'd post this article for you all to read:

NYTimes Science and Religion (http://www.nytimes.com/2006/11/21/science/21belief.html?incamp=article_popular)

It's got some interesting points about the possibility that scientists should use some of religion's methods to teach, from youth on up.  I'd be ok with that one...

Chime in,

Hee hee!  Great comparison!

I think it's the old "fight fire with fire" approach...

Guess we'll need to start lying, and think of a good reward/punishment system for science.

If you buy the global warming evidence, that's as good a hell as any.
