I watched this amazing episode of Horizon last night. It was about fusion energy and how it is coming along. Really fascinating.

Unfortunately, i don't think our friends in the US can view the BBC Iplayer site but you may be able to find this episode elsewhere. Maybe on Youtube or Google Video. To the guys and gals in the UK, please watch this. It is great!
Might need to find a proxy out of the UK for us outside the island.

I have watched this a few times now (I know I should get a life  not so much the small scale they are working on at the moment ... but the earthquake they produced as a by-product is a tad frightening
