Title: legislator sues god
Post by: jrosebud on October 16, 2008, 03:28:00 AM
I think this law suit was mentioned here before:

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/27201871/?GT1=43001

The judge threw the case out, as God has no address, and therefore, can't be served.

The plaintiff's response: "The court itself acknowledges the existence of God. A consequence of that acknowledgment is a recognition of God's omniscience.  Since God knows everything, God has notice of this lawsuit."

:D  I find his rebuff hilarious.

A great story to tell the grandkids.

"And that, children, was the year I sued God."
