Elsewhere, I'm seeing that 21M Chinese cell phone accounts have been cancelled, and that this only happens if you're in prison or dead. Don't know that for a fact, but it does explain the vastly reduced production. Supposedly, the Chinese gov requires connectivity for any number of items, like health. All kinds of questions, not many answers.
It's sad, and even sadder that the list will continue to grow a lot more. :(
