1. If God is perfect then God lacks the ability to have compassion, so God must be imperfect for compassion to exist
2. If God is omnipotent then he can make a round circle and make a rock he cannot lift- not gonna happen they defy logic
3. If God is omniscient he lives in hell because everything is predictably pre-destined and boring - God likes to be surprised
4. In order for God to exist (as with everything else) God must have a beginning - God is a product of evolution
5. For God to be truly benevolent and for evil to exist then God must not be responsible - how is this possible?
A new book explains how all of these can be possible. Check it out at: http://www.bookmasters.com/marktplc/02328.htm (http://www.bookmasters.com/marktplc/02328.htm)
Jesus Christ, dude, calm down. One post is enough, but any spam is one too many.
I demands the spammer be trolled, banned and then trolled again for the good measure of it.
He's been banned now.

I meant to ask you McQ, can mods ban on phpBB? Or do the admins have to do the actual baning?

I don't know the general answer to that one, but I am able to ban on this forum.
Cool! That's very practical, allowing moderators to ban. I was on a different forum, they were on VB software, and there was only one admin and an army of mods and when trolls and spammers came en-masse, all they could do was delete posts with the speed of light and wait, sometimes for several days, fo the admin to show up and ban the trolls.
Hi All-
My apologies to the board and the moderator for spamming the hell out of your site and creating an nuisance of myself. I got a bit carried away with my enthusiasm and will respect you guidelines. I thought you might be interested on some original perspectives on some very old and valid arguments against the existence of God and did it in a not-so-perfect way. Basically, the explanations suggest that atheists are correct in their arguments against God as presented by religions and gives some new premises to consider. I'll be much more selective in what and how I share from here on out - that is if I'm not banned again.
On my best behavior
David

It doesn't matter what the content was, the spamming is what got you banned. We'll have to think about if you will be allowed to stay or not (what did you do to get around the ip ban????) Frankly, we have better things to do than have to worry about if we'll wake up to a ton of spam from you tomorrow.

Not everyone has a fixed IP. He may have been posting from an internet café. May have been at work/school/friend's (or is now). There are many ways to round an IP ban.

Ya, i know...but certain ways will influence my decision of it stays or not.

As was asked already, and I will second the question, how did you bypass the IP ban? I was the one who banned you and will do it again at the drop of a hat, no problem.
You may or may not be welcome back here. We have not decided yet. Your return is conditional upon behavior, answering the question we've asked and some more background information and why you are here.
We welcome theists of all flavors but expect them to read and follow all forum rules.
Blimey.. How many times did he spam the forum? I only counted 3 posts under the name bridge57..

I deleted at least 3 identical threads from him/her in multiple forums last night.
Hi All-
It's me the once in a lifetime spammer.... I'll answer your questions. The way I got around it was by logging in on another one of my computers using a different login name. If I get banned again I won't make another attempt.
I'm not here to annoy a group of atheists or to push my beliefs onto others. I've had enough of that myself. My purpose was to present a unique and radical perspective on some old arguments about the existence and non-existence of God. Given the chance to understand what Azrael Ondi-Ahman is actually explaining, you may gain a new perspective on outdated philosophies and circular arguments that have gone on for centuries. Azrael Ondi-Ahman adds new premises to very old arguments that have never been fully explored. He gives rational and reasonable explanations about God and heaven having a beginning and being part of an evolutionary process, that God did not create this earth and is not responsible for natural evil, why homosexuality is not a sin, how abortion is a woman's choice and acceptable under certain conditions, why it is OK to fight evil short of killing another (it is never OK to kill another under any conditions), why the doctrine of perfection is a set up for religions to control through guilt and shame, the need for true equality for women to save humankind from self-destruction, that to be fully spiritual that you must be fully sexual, that God is a collective will of exalted human beings that are actually capable of sin themselves, and many other radical views from a man who has spent nearly 30 years writing a new book of scripture and beginning a new religion. He plans on setting humankind free from oppressive systems by dismantling major world religions. In large part, I am more interested in atheists, philosophers, and scientists testing his theories than I am in converting anyone. I believe in this man and look forward him getting in the ring.
Have a great day,
David
Sounds to me like Azrael is just trying to adopt, adapt and improve... but still keep the veil of religion. Why even bother taking every moral stance in most organized religions (all of the Big Three), reversing them, but still insisting that God is the basis for everything?
It's like taking all the animals, clowns, food, tricks, acrobats and sideshows out of a circus... but still insisting it's a circus. What's the point?

Thank you,
David, for being more straightforward this time and giving us a background on why you are here and what your beliefs are. I have not yet read or listened to this man, but will when I get time. I do have to say from your description that my impression is that he simply doesn't need to couch all this in a new religion. It's reinventing the wheel, and many others have done similar things, including Martin Luther. But as I said, I haven't given him the benefit of the doubt yet.
I think you'll find people more receptive to discussion with this approach. They may not agree, but certainly will be more willing to at least discuss and argue respectfully.
Azrael Ondi-Ahman isn't necessarily using the same characters in his "circus." Some of what he shares is reminiscent of other relgious belief systems, but he adds new premises and understandings of what/who God is that have never been explored before. God is not responsible for this universe and he teaches a new explanation of how this is possible that includes it's own theology, cosmology, philosophy, etc. that differentiates it from the "circus" with the same old characters. You can check out some of his videos on youtube to give you an idea of what he is saying. The ones that are up are a bit limited in sharing what is radically different, but I'm sure that new videos will be up in the near future where the differences will begin to distinguish him from the same old same old.
cheeers,
David
