This is going to be a partial rant because I'm pissed.

So about 20 minutes ago, I was looking up youtube videos and I saw one where a crazy preacher says God wouldn't have a problem with a gay man and a lesbian getting married. He said God doesn't have a problem with gays, just gay sex and marriage.

So I thought this was hilarious. I was already laughing out loud with my mom in the room so I thought I might as well tell her. (big mistake) She sort of laughed and then she went on to tell me a story. Oh goody! A story about God! My favorite!! So she told me a story about her years with YWAM (youth with a mission). She met these two people, a gay guy and a lesbian. The two were best friends. Well, they "accepted Christ". But they're gay! Oh they can't be gay and be Christians! God doesn't approve! So they feel horrible about themselves and they feel they need to "fix" themselves. Yeah, they need to "fix" who they like, who they're attracted to. Ugh. You can guess what they do next. They decided they might as well get married, (cause they are best friends after all) and hold each other accountable. ("Oh no honey, you're thinking about breasts and vaginas again. Now I'll pray with you as you ask God to forgive you.") What?! Are you kidding me?! So my mom finished this delightful story by saying that she doesn't know how the relationship worked out, but she knows that they joined a ministry that is specifically for "fixing" gay Christians. What?! Ugh!

This is what Christianity does to people! You have to completely change who you are and conform to what a BOOK tells you and what a bunch of religious idiots tell you what they say that BOOK says. It's a fucking book! Come on! Don't completely base your life off words on paper! I'm questioning my sexual orientation. When I first had thoughts about other girls, I prayed and prayed for God to forgive me. I felt horrible and dirty for being attracted to someone! These people married each other, for God. For "God". That's fucked up.

It's true, God thinks gay is just really icky and everytime he gets it in his head he's like, ewww. Then he kills an American soldier in Iraq, because, y'know, that'll teach them fags.

One of my best friends has a brother who was gay for a while. He then got married to a woman. They're both Christian missionaries now living in Panama. Very strange. I'm not really sure what to make of it. I don't know whether to be happy for him or not. I just hope he's not repressing it and then he goes crazy in 15 years.

I hate the WB"C". Just those three magical words send me on a murderous rampage! They really are the epitome of fundies. I forget who it was but some fundie said that calling a fundie a fundie was as bad as calling a black person the N-word. Who in their right mind (no fundie is) would make such a comparison! Did you notice I tried to use the word fundie as many times as I could?

What?! I've never heard that comparison before! Fundie called fundie (funny), black person called N-word (bad)....no I don't get it. That's so ridiculous.

Yeah well anyway, I hate the WB"C" too. Real churches suck, but they aren't anything like that.
