For over 40 years James Randi Zwigert (is this even a REAL NAME?) has had total control over who and how the testing was conducted, yet despite all this he has terminated the challenge.
The ONLY REASON why the challenge was stopped is because he lost and refused to pay.

I followed your first link...it takes me to another forum post which links to a video of Dawkins (yes that's his real name....specifically, his last name). It's just him answering a tired out question that almost every theist asks "what if you're wrong" and I think he did a good job answering.
As for the challenge rules, I read them a few years ago and it is more or less the same. The only difference I see is that they are making it a bit easier to weed out nuts in advance by making them be very specific in their claim.
Now..how again does a six legged lamb prove Randi or Dawkins wrong? Do you realize that a lot of six legged lambs are born...they have one in Ripleys Beleive it or Not right next to the two headed pig.

This is dangerously stupid. The lamb in question was born with a birth defect that can be explained quite easily. Did you know that 150,000 human babies are born each year with defects in the US alone? I myself was born with a heart defectâ€"perhaps you'd like to present my malformed heart as evidence of the supernatural as well? Or perhaps it's time to stop desperately grasping at straws and admit to yourself that, as a fundamentalist zealot, you're willing and able to suspend reason to feed your delusion.

That "zombie dog" was Sam (http://www.samugliestdog.com/), the three time winner of the annual World's Ugliest Dog Competition. The only reason he did not win more was that he died of old age. Sam was truly a champion of that category. Supposedly, he made the judges gasp in horror.
