Well I'm an art student, and I was supposed to paint a piece that it's topic would be "60 years to Israel" and so as I don't really like this capitalist (no offense) non-caring country I decided to draw herzl-the man who visioned
the rising of this "great country" crying, and in the background do something from the collection of distasteful things this country's government has done, and my stupid art teacher who is blinded by lies the government tells her, forbid me of doing my art piece....

Paint a picture of her. Name it "Citizenship education".
A democracy is no democracy if the right of the people to criticize the government's policies is taken away. Art is a powerful medium and evokes strong emotions from the viewers. Placing restrictions on art is like placing restrictions on people's thoughts and that's just wrong.
But don't hate your teacher yet. I think it will be too strong a topic and maybe it will evoke negative reactions from those around you. The educational institutions don't normally want that kind of a problem. So maybe your teacher was trying to avoid the controversy this would generate. Why don't you sit down and talk with your teacher and maybe paint a toned down version of the piece?

Dude, it's not a dictatorship here you know.... were pretty democratic but the are some thing that are kinda off the tracks if you know what I mean...
I'd suggest saving your meaningful art for home until you are an adult. I know that sounds cowardly and dishonest to your muse but if you get brutalized before you get a chance to grow up, what happens to your art then? I was good with my hands before they got broken. I had to learn to use my right hand because my left was badly nerve damaged. It took years to get any reasonable control for drawing.
To get all biblical on your ass (tongue in cheek) you'd also be casting pearls before swine by creating real art for school.
Make the piece anyway, just not for school.
