Hey, hey. I'm new to the forums but I lurk to see conversations and such (totally un-creeper like..) I've been raised by Christian parents who are not happy with their lives and I am constantly wondering how they can remain Christians. Nothing good has come from it no matter how much they pray. When I was 14, I decided that it wasn't worth wasting my time on and thus I started to build a faith in myself- The church of me. (plus, I honestly can't remember actually like church-related stuff..). I'm here today because of myself!
Anyway. It's nice to meet everyone. I may not be that active at first because I'm moving in 6 days but I should gradually be talkative :b.

Nice to see another mind make its way out from under the comfort blanket of Institutional Superstition (Religion). You say you were 14 when you realised that religion doesn't add up, how long ago was that?

Sorry! I'm 23 now so 9 years ago. I don't ever think I officially believed in something, really; they just had really good food at the church I went to. And my mind is probably better saved since I live in the deep, DEEP south (an hour from Noleans in Mississippi..) so religion is EVERY WHERE here. :o
