Title: Kentucky puts security in the hands of god

Perhaps this is old news, maybe not. The Kentucky Department of Homeland Security had originally put security into god's hands? It has recently been ruled unconstitutional (as it should), but this is after 3 years!

My thoughts are that I'm from the Appalachia area and this is not surprising in the least. When Obama said "clinging to their guns and religion" he wasn't kidding. It really is an opiate.
