Odd weather yesterday. Made it to my car to go home and then it poured down. It poured down all the way home. And then stopped when I arrived!

I had close to the reverse on Sunday.

Ooops!

Roll the windows down next time.

Or get a car with AC!

I've got one with AC, but it no longer works  :'(.

And fixing AC in cars don't come cheap! I thought mine was a solid state job, I was wrong, but will investigate that tech idea if it goes bust.

Is DIY auto ac work allowed in Europe? You can't accept payment here without an EPA 609 certificate but can do your own work. Some of the newer refrigerant is difficult to source though and if you have an R12 system you might as well do a retrofit. But it's legal.

I think that I should be allowed to fix it myself. I'm however a very lousy, two left-handed, technician with no car repair experience at all.

Yes, that can make things a little difficult :notsure: But what's life without a few challenges?

Temps have gone from 4 degrees C to 22 in one day, now they're down to 16 C. How can one not get sick?

God is doing something very similar here.
The entire state of NSW is now in drought.

As to how not to get sick:
I theorise that humans carry bugs humans are susceptible to.
Spray approaching humans with strong smelling disinfectant.
The spray may not kill all bugs but it deters 99.95% of humans.
Take my advice, don't listen to me.

Yeah, well it's still bloody cold down here.  The BOM claim it's been a warm winter!  I don't know what they're smoking, but they need to get a new supplier.  I'm over the cold and the wet and the wind.
