Rain today with scattered thunderstorms, but it cooled off and should knock down the pollen a bit.

Hot and sunny again, the weather gods seem to have forgotten it is mandatory that it rains in the Spring bank holiday. Supposed to hot 26o tomorrow.

Walked the kilometer to the supermarket, enjoyed it apart from the aching legs, angina, shortage of breath . . . Got the bus back.

You're letting a little angina come between you and your exercise?

Naw, just take a squirt or two of nitro glycerin (well away from naked flames or possibility of impact) (close your mouth gently) and power on!

It's 4 degrees Celsius (40 F) in Porto Alegre right now. I can barely feel my legs.

You poor thing... we're set to hit 36C here and be even hotter tomorrow and into next week.

Bluenose

Currently in Melbourne it is 8°C (46°F) down from a maximum today of 12°C (54°F).  It's been raining and rather windy.  I know that's probably mild by the standards of some members but it's bloody cold for this Aussie!  Brrrr...

For a moment I was considering asking if you wanted to switch places before coming to my senses.  :P

Summer was rough here, with temps almost constantly around those numbers. High humidity as well, which only makes things worse.

Hey, if you lose your mind again we can switch places! You or Bluenose... I'm too old for this heat...

Heh, I'll keep that in mind!

Though, if I lose my mind would I lose the mental note as well? :notsure: Hmm...

36C is too much.

It was gorgeous 21C winter day here today.
It's now 1:48am tomorrow, it's 3.5C outside, but I'm not outside.

I stuck my head out the back door, feels more like 12C.

Take my advice, don't listen to me.

That's not a temperature complex organisms should have to cope with.
If I was you I'd blame all my typos on being exposed to it.
