I too detect a bit of sarcasm Mags. 

I perceive that the speaker, in the vid, is not big on phony money.  Our treasury department and/or stock market is certainly not bulletproof but I will be obliged to place my trust in them more than with some imaginary entity.

i dont know much about noam chompsky except that he believed grammar was innate even in non humans. but i worked for a while as a companion animal to a chimpanzee named nim chimpsky who was once part of a study designed to test chompskys theories

iirc

the environment was so weird nim was pretty neurotic so i spent time taking him on walks in the fields mostly.

he could tell my motorcycle by the sound when i rode up to the lab
