Sent on the wrong plane to the wrong city in a completely different country, no less. Of course, the trip was work related and all my necessary stash was in said luggage. Still, the airline heroically located it and expressed it back to me for a total delay of less than 12 hours - also, paid the related expenses.

The next person lost their glasses in the fridge/freezer?

i once drove a truck down the highway at 50 mph on its roof, hanging from yhe seat belt. but i didnt hit anything. does that qualify? ivenrver been in a bad crash tho
