Sent on the wrong plane to the wrong city in a completely different country, no less. Of course, the trip was work related and all my necessary stash was in said luggage. Still, the airline heroically located it and expressed it back to me for a total delay of less than 12 hours - also, paid the related expenses.

The next person lost their glasses in the fridge/freezer?
