I can't remember/find if we have a thread like this already. If we do, then feel free to merge.
I thought it would be fun if we made predictions about what will happen in the future, so that when the inevitable or coincidence occurs then we can claim 'psychic' powers.
They can be as silly or serious as you like.
I'll start then it might make more sense...
- I predict that Jeremy Corbyn will be the next PM of Britain leading a coalition government
- I predict that Ivanka Trump will stand in the next US presidential elections
- I predict the Green Bay Packers will win the next Superbowl
- I predict Bruno will buy a pet Kat

And that ex-president Trump will try to sue the American nation for wrongful dismissal?

I thought of these questions while flipping through my Tarot Cards and came up with the following:
- I predict that Jeremy Corbyn will be the next PM of Britain leading a coalition government.
Nope- I predict that Ivanka Trump will stand in the next US presidential elections.
Not the next, but in a future election yes.- I predict the Green Bay Packers will win the next Superbowl.
Who?...No it won't be the Packers, it will be the Patriots again.[/b]
- I predict Bruno will buy a pet Kat.
Pet kat, no (And thank you for spelling the word correctly) I would sooner pickle my nuts in mustard or have an affair with an old polish nun than buy a pet kat.
I predict that
- Ajax will beat Manchester United, the day after tomorrow
- Angela Merkel's CDU party will win the German federal elections in September
- An EU army will invade the UK to end Brexit
- Freedom of speech,as we know it, will be forbidden by the end of this year

Ok, No one's prediction came true, I will give my magic fortune telling 8 ball a shake and see what kind of answers I get to the following:
Me: Magic 8 ball, I predict I will become a millionaire in the next 20 years. Is this going to happen?
Magic 8 ball: Not likely.

Me: Magic 8 ball, I predict my worst enemy will die a slow, painful death. Is this going to happen?
Magic 8 ball: Maybe
:suspicious:
Me: Magic 8 ball, I predict I will be having chicken ....sigh...again for lunch. Is this going to happen?
Magic 8 ball: Absolutely.

Me: Magic 8 ball, I predict you are going to go flying across the room in the next 20 seconds. Is this going to happen?
Magic 8 ball: Don't count on it.

Ah, I thought it was a song, seems it is merely spoken by Sam-I-am's intended victim. Seuss did not feature over here shen I was a kid and I did not have ghe kind of parents who encouraged me to read. But, somehow, I always had my nose in encyclopedias, science reference books and science fiction novels- never even read "Winnie the Poo", "Rupert Bear" or similar stuff.
Used to enjoy "Sesame Street" even as an adult though! - but still preferred the "Muppets"...
