I pretty much agree, except I would give Tyrion an Excellent+++

It might be more revealing to discuss which casting didn't work.

I thought Jack Gleeson was excellent as that little rat Joffrey -- never have I wanted to hide a lit bomb under someone's seat so badly.

Diana Rigg was just breathtakingly well cast, I thought she was every bit Peter Dinklage's equal in portraying her GOT character.

Jerome Flynn was perfect as Bronn.

Liam Cunningham also perfect as Davos Seaworth.

Stephen Dillane didn't work for me as Stannis until his last season, when he either improved or I got used to him.  Before that I could never look at him without seeing an unsuccessful used car salesman.

Never quite got used to Alfie Allen as Theon.  He never seemed to have that far to fall to become Reek, and he should have.

I mostly agree but I think Stephen Dillane is cool, Alfie Allen is Theon.
