Never having heard of the word before, I went and looked it up. I learned a new word today! And if I had more words for context, I might have figured it out in a conversation.

OK, turns out not to be a word. Oh, well.

It means explicit. At least that was what I was thinking of when I accidently created a new word. In my mind I guess I mixed explicit with expressive to describe someone's comment. Just seems like it should be a real word.

Yes, I did a double take when I saw it. This will be a good thread to report examples of mutilation of the English language.
