I'm 72 today :D
Still beating the odds after my near fatal heart attack 18 years ago!
And I can still stand up from my low sofa, or even a short squat or kneel, without a push-up. Still bend easily to pick something up.
But still intensely dislike any form of gymwork! I "work-out" with everyday tasks.
But I do like the idea of my birthday meal at my favourite eating place with my best lady-friend - and bugger the diet!!
