Good Morning,

I'm having pour-over coffee this morning. It's organic/fair trade from Honduras (Cooperative Raos from San Miguel, Marcal, La Paz)

I spend a good deal of time in La Paz when I was in Honduras, it's a beautiful mountainous region located in the Comayagua valley.

We had some family visit us from Honduras last summer and they brought me a couple bags as it's some of my favorite even though it's a light roast, it has a nutty, chocolatey note. I'm on my last bag unfortunately, but this is really good coffee.

There's no coffee smiley, so I used the priest smiley since coffee is truly a gift from the gods!

Coffee :reading:

To be fair Sir Dark Lighning, when you click on that smiley it says "News", though the one to the left of it says tea!!

So it could be inferred that particular smiley is drinking coffee, but maybe not...maybe it's miso broth?

I WANT A COFFEE SMILEY >:(

Black coffee. Yes, truly a gift from the gods. But a Modelo with lemon and salt is also sounding pretty divine.
