If you do decide to remove your wisdom teeth, I recommend getting all four pulled in one session. That way, you only go through the hassle of feeling discomfort, bleeding profusely and having to put off solid food for a few days only once.

I've wanted them removed since the new ones came in 10 years ago. Family was just neglecting it.

I haven't made myself a Dentist diploma yet, the printer's out of red.
I've got a Dremel though with lots of attachments I'm yet to use.
I've offered HAFers dental services before but no one replied, must all have good teeth.
And no, none of the mysterious disappearances of members had anything to do with me.
Anyway I'll have a go at your wisdom teeth if you like, sinuses, might be able to do those to.

Take my advice, don't listen to me.

Cheery thought for the day: poor oral hygiene can also make one more susceptible to heart attacks.

I think the take away here is to brush my teeth.

I did neither of those side effects when I had a couple of mine pulled... But then it may well be that my surgeon was good at his craft.

There was some initial swelling and this huge crater my tongue just had to be in, but other than that..? No problem.

The tooth was growing sideways, so it did take some doing to get it out, but bitch and moan as I do over small discomorts, I'd do that procedure again without hesitation if as much as a shadow of need arose. In fact, I did, but that other tooth was more or less routine. They just pulled it out, stitched me up and sent me on my merry way with a bucket of Tramadol.

Yeah so I'm trying to eat boneless wings and they are pretty crispy. And everytime I send it to the back molars I end up chewing with the gums that are hiding my jaw bones.

Some people are just lucky. Three of the four were pulled with little issue but one of them was growing sideways and was a little more difficult. That one caused me to spit blood every few minutes for at least an hour after getting them pulled, which was the worst aspect for me. Other than that, it was no big deal.

... conversation every time I see a new dentist:
"hmmm... did you know you have all four of your wisdom teeth in?"

I was fortunate that my teeth grew in pretty straight. Cavities are my main battle...
