Fk, I'm old, my bits don't work as they did, what am I to do?
Have you tried Glucosamine?
Is that any better than placebo?
It has been shown in tests to be equally as efficacious.
Ye, maybe I'll give it a go then.
Take my advice, don't listen to me.

I take Glucosamine daily. It keeps my knees lubricated so that I can walk. My doc recommends it. You can't go wrong.

Well, most of my bits work more or less as advertised, except my kidneys which are kaput and my pancreas which is up the creek and my left eye has the results of a botched surgery a few years ago.  Oh, and I can't stand still for very long or walk any distance, but apart from that I am AOK.  (What have the Romans ever done for us?)

I didn't try Glucosamine.
I did change the chair I use at work, fkn stupid make me lean forward fkn chair.  It was weird, finding that I couldn't run if I wanted to.  If I'd taken up Gluco and changed my chair I'd probably still be taking it and become a Gluco envangelist. I can now run if I want to, but not very far, çause I don't want to.
