I found out how to make custom smileys for the forum.

It needs a bit of touch up but now that I know how to make them if there are any requests I'll make a few more later this summer.

Not that I'd ever use it, but it'd be funny to see(at least to me).
It could be used for comments of persecution, real or imagined.
