On its face a simple question. The simple answer is "As much as any existing state has a right to exist." Perhaps you would agree that the asserted right in no way justifies systematically committing horrendous war crimes.

If I say that Trump is a miserable lying pig fucker who eats shit, then I am subject to one of his slander suits. However, my first amendment rights allow me to say such trashy things.
Trump is on shaky ground with his absurd lawsuit against BBC. Whether or not there are grounds for lawsuit, the real purpose I believe, is that the publicity satisfies his enormous ego.
