Good point.

one of my ancestors was in a train wreck and was thrown onto the locomotive boiler and was cooked to death

Ouch, Billy. What a painful way to go.

well that was cool

i love short films. th eshorter the better. its like extremely short poetry-- you have to do it all with almost nothing, no extra time to dither, no room for anything that isn't 100 percent focused on the result youre trying to achieve.

focusing is where a certain kind of powerful art comes into its own. you might not always like what its doing, but what ever it does do is riveting

there's a youtube medium called dust that showcases very short films. s some are quite good

I follow DUST. Most films are okay, but I sometimes get the impression they are put together to show off CGI talent.

whats the backstory on that stuff?

resumes for film techies?

studios angling for funding for an upcoming project?

rich artists (sic) who cant help creating?

none of these films are money makers. why are they doing it?

Definite CV/Resume material.

No dragons in this vid.  It is a spoof about Aussie drivers. (they use the wrong side of the road)  Bluenose might like it.

I spend too much time surfing the internet. On occasion I find something that pleases me.  West Wing was one of my all time favorite TV shows.  Here is a little snippet..............https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AIHjoT19XpE

To air such a thing on National TV was pretty brave of the producers.

One of the tech guys I'm following on YouTube. Most of his video's are about how to become a better software developer. This one however is an interesting take on censorship and brainwashing by the silicon valley tech companies.
