Are Chinese people a particular target?
If so why?
I think they are unpopular in some places because they work hard and run successful businesses.

It was probably random. It could have been any bus. The cop was fired from active service and felt his life has lost purpose. n audio recording of his phone call to a reporter, cop stated he's going to waste his life.
