She is brilliant. I've heard it said that she is a looker as well, but I wouldn't know.

She's not ugly, but I wouldn't say she's a looker.  As far as you not knowing, I realize you are gay, but you can still admire a good looking human can't you? I'm not into dudes, but I can say that Brad Pitt is a better looking human than Steve Buscemi.

OK.
I had to google, Steve Buscemi.
Now that I know who he is, I must say that he has a certain, je ne sais quoi.

I was just being facetious! I can appreciate female beauty, and even have a taste for some types. For example, I could never see why Elizabeth Taylor was considered a great beauty; I thought Lauren Bacall was far more attractive. If I were straight I think my preference would have been for the young Susan Sontag's looks.

Pardon my ignorance then. I've worked with a few gay men who seemed to be repulsed by women, I could never figure it out. Maybe I was just facetiously impaired.

I am most certainly not repulsed by women in non-sexual interactions with them. I actually admire and enjoy the company of strong, intelligent women very much. I would have loved to meet Sontag.
