Title: Indonesia's sharia courts fairer than secular?

I recently heard this interview about Islamic courts in Indonesia, "A new research argues that religious courts in that country are considered more transparent, fair and honest, than Indonesia's secular judicial system."
The case is made that in Indonesia at least, Islamic courts can benefit the poor and woman.
