Title: Gene Ray and Timecube
Post by: Ned on June 18, 2010, 07:16:53 PM
This is an interesting website. http://www.timecube.com
One wonders why there is so little coverage of this in the mainstream media. Do people have something to hide?
What are your opinions?

My opinion is that parsing that ungrammatical nonsense isn't worth the effort.  Also, my opinion is that this thread should be stickied so that people have an example of how not to make sense.

If I tell a human that his 4-corner
head (nose, 2 ears and back corner)
has only a 1-corner face, the dumb-
ass will say to me - "prove it". He
knows not that his face is a corner.

Ignoring TImecube is EVIL!

Yes.  It's an intensive government conspiracy to hide the truth.   :secret: ...on a poorly designed, poorly written webpage anyone can access at any time.

*begins reading*

*eyes widen, falls to the floor and begins frothing at the mouth.*

*stands back, wipes face off.*

Oh, oh my. Had a stroke from reading that. What does that even mean? Sounds like pure hate with a system of beliefs.

Okay, after doing a little googling I get it now. This guy is actually famous, or infamous might be a better word. He's something of an internet sensation. For a good laugh have a look at the guy being interviewed. He's dumber than a tool shed and totally delusional.

Can anyone here rebuke anything Mr. Ray has said, or do you just want to throw insults at him?

Speaking for myself, I just want to throw insults at him.

Seriously, though, do you agree with Mr. Ray's Timecube theory? If so, why?

I've watched a couple of videos about this Gene Ray and I think he's a pretty interesting old man. It turns out that he lives in the same city I do, Atlanta. He's not at all like the crazed paranoid zealot as portrayed on his website. He's basically just an eccentric old southerner. I've known quite a few like him.

Of course he doesn't know what he's talking about with this Timecube nonsense but then he's probably a little senile. The south is full of characters like him, people nobody would ever know about if it wasn't for the internet. I'm convinced that he's absolutely harmless.

He lives in a nice house, seems to be well looked-after by his family, and he's got an old dog named Rocky. I kind of like the old guy. People like him make this life a bit more interesting.

I was hoping this topic might spark some debate on the merits of the Time Cube theory but it seems to be falling on deaf ears. Ah well, you win some, you lose some.

This Timecube "theory" has no merits to debate, don't you understand that? It's just the fantasy world of an eccentric old man. The whole point is that this old man's fantasy world has made him a sort of internet phenomenon and that's where the real interest lies.

But if you're interested in debating the Timecube theory, Ned, I think it would be very helpful if you begin by outlining this theory as you understand it, point by point, so we can be sure that we're all disussing the same thing.

Yes, I've encountered of plenty minds going down the long dark road towards senility ranting on and connecting the oddest of patterns, but never heard of this 'time cube' theory until now.

I believe there should be a warning before attempting to read it.

The main points are that all modern physics is wrong, and each day is actually four separate days occurring simultaneously.

Let's take the first point then, before moving on to the second.

In what specific ways are all modern physics wrong?

In other words, Ned didn't know the answer, and so he's leaving in a huff while pretending it's because this place sucks.

Which is beneficial to us, since I hardly think the insufferable trollish moron added anything of value to the forum anyway.

He added mild amusement. And good example of one of the variations of a troll.

That's true, but it's not anything Ned specifically gave us - there have been and will be I'm sure WAY funner trolls to play with coming 'round here.  :D
