Our dogs go bonkers when there are people at the door. If we expect trick-or-treaters, we put a bowl of candy at the front gate and let them take what they want.

You are going as an air-cooled tank, with live ammunition (a cannon that shoots candy).

I will stay on my front porch and hand out candy to the spooks. I will also be playing some appropriate music such as Sandman by Metallica and You Make Me Feel Like It's Halloween by Muse.
