Is there anything like a user control panel on HAF? I've used them on vBulletin forums and they're very useful. I'd like to have the ability to subscribe to a thread without email notifications or RSS.

There's just the stuff under the "Profile" tab I think.
Modify Profile/Notifications and Email
Seems to me the Profile bit amounts to a UCP under a different name.
I don't think the option you are looking for is something you can do on a SMF forum; at least not without posting in the thread and using the "new replies to your posts" link. But the UCP here is the "profile" link.
