When you ban somebody for only a limited time, is it just for one computer, or can they not access their account at all?
Strange but not a stranger

I love my car more than I love most people.

A banned user account is normally locked for login form any computer. A banned IP address locks out any login from a specific address or address group.

I utilize the ban by member name approach for requested bans; it achieves the desired effect and is easiest to undo.
