Gotta agree with Squid. Talking about this is really meaningless, in this way. You're talking about a phrase that doesn't really have any scientific basis. It is a metaphor for natural selection, and going down the path of talking about it in literal terms of "fittest" in any sense is counterproductive, and completely inaccurate.
