FYI, I'm still experiencing this problem on IE.  It's quite annoying.  I have since forgot to check if it is doing this on Safari on my laptop.  I'll do that this evening.  (string on finger)

It seems to be and issue with IE only so far.  I've not (yet) had the problem on Safari.
