What's truly baffling is I don't understand why Scott didn't run for Senate. All he ever does is trash Obama.

Talk is easier than action.  The backseat driver never gets the DUI.

Interestingly, he's been taking action by founding the Conservatives for Patients' Rights organization, encouraging people to go to their town hall meetings to shout at people and scream "socialism!" etc. During his campaign he even aired an ad saying "President Obama thinks it's okay for muslims to build a mosque at ground zero... He's wrong," and saying things like "I've been pretty tough on the President, but he asked for it." In a sense he has been taking action by inciting such anger in voters with flat out lies. My only guess why he chose to run for governor and not senator is that there has been much talk here - thanks to Bill McCollum - about suing the Federal Government over the Health Care Bill and making sure it doesn't go into effect in our state because it's "unconstitutional".

Wow! He's already in trouble for breaking the law again.

Quote from: "HuffPo"Mark Don Givens told Florida's WTSP News that he was expecting a paycheck after he made phone calls and knocked on doors for the Scott campaign, which made jobs a top issue in the election. Givens said he and other workers were upset after they were told by the campaign that they could not offer them a paycheck and given American Express gift cards instead.

"This would violate both tax laws and labor laws," Melanie Sloan, the Executive Director of Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) told TPMmuckraker in an email. "It looks like the newly elected AG will be investigating the newly elected governor.

Quote from: "Sophus"It's a shame this video is only now being unearthed two days before the election:

Keep in mind, this is a man touting his business experience as his qualification for governor.  :shake:  :shake:

hahaha... yeah, you can just tell from the way he speaks that he has zero cred. I find Palin has more cred than him actually. I wanna see a new gambling law for Florida... doubt it will happen with this guy.
