Every year in Philadelphia, the sick and twisted turn out in droves on Easter to be a part of the Philly Zombie Crawl. Imagine if you will, hordes of the undead being lead from pub to pub by the most famous zombie of them all, Jesus. Now I know that most people on this forum are atheists. (I am too.) But I think that this zombie crawl is a good thing. The people who turn up for this thing aren't your average christians. Or even christians at all. It's a good non-violent and fun way to poke at the nature of peoples weird beliefs. Basically what happens is a bunch of people get dressed up like zombies and shuffle around South St. going from bar to bar getting drunk and having a good time. No mass or prayer service, though there might be a sacrifice to the porcelain god the next day if you drink to much.  ;)  Anyway it's not secular or religious, but it beats going to church, and hey, Zombie Jesus! This year's crawl is April 4th, and the linked web site should be posting specific bar information soon. Though in the past it usually starts at Tattooed Moms then visits Manny Browns, Likity Split, and the Copa Banana. Every year seems to pick up another bar or two. The same guys who organize the pub crawl also host a zombie prom around Halloween, and that's pretty fun too. No matter your beliefs it's an amazing sight.[spoiler:2fbxn4rj][/spoiler:2fbxn4rj]

I've heard of this before.  This is one of the only reasons I've ever found that would put me happily in a bar.

Boy I hope the show It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia picks up on this.

I can only imagine the awesomeness that episode would bring.  :bananacolor:
Prayers that need no answer now, cause I'm tired of who I am
You were my greatest mistake, I fell in love with your sin
Your littlest sin.

Just imagining what they would do with it is making me giggle.  I can see Frank and Charlie taking it hilariously too far, while sweet Dee tries too hard to look zombie-chic...
