Eh... We did manage to buy alcohol and tobacco before being legally allowed to own it. I'm sure them kids today are crafty enough to be able to procure a firearm, should the mood for murder suddenly hit them.

Personally, I'd start with the same guy what sells you weed and such-like. Get him to introduce you to somebody, etc.
