school forces teen girls to get tested or leave school..

Frankly I think this policy is stupid, but, I have a few questions on the subject.
1) How does this policy apply in the cases of pregnancy brought about by rape?
2) What does this policy say happens after the girl has given birth, Is she still excluded from attending  school?
3) Are they going to require paternity testing? And if they do, will they apply the same punishment to the father should he happen to be a student.

My guess is sometimes this might happen (in regards to 1,) but who knows if they would actually enforce the law, and even if they did-- would they still shame the mother and force her to have it? ugh.. makes me sick thinking about it.
